As a former first grade teacher in the NYC public schools system,  Lani realized how important it was for kids to be able to learn to  focus and reconnect continuously throughout their day. Because of  this, she found that teaching yoga directly in a school setting was an important aspect to their daily schedule. She has been teaching in preschool, after-school programs and in elementary schools since 2004. She teaches with an interdisciplinary approach and uses music, stories, games and props to give the children a one-of-a-kind experience.  Full of Joy Yoga classes mix playfulness, movement and learning all in one.
